Manhole Systems
Available Datasheets: Manholes DN 1000
Polymer Concrete system manholes by Meyer Pipes GmbH are made of UP-resin moulding material with quartz aggregate filler. Neither cement nor water or steel is in use. The material properties and product dimensions are in line with DIN 54815. The natural bond between the resin and the aggregates enables the material to withstand high compressive and bending pressures while reducing wall thickness and pipe weight.

The overall result: lower freight and installation costs and easy on site handling!

Corrosion resistant from top to bottom

Innovative production methods enable us to design structures with various pipe connections, level drops, curved channels and changing diameters.

The channel and benching are made of jointless polymer concrete, making the structures corrosion resistant and optimized for easy flow. The invert is also extremely smooth and requires minimum maintenance. The shaft base is made in one piece and all types of pipes can be connected to it with the accordingly molded connecting pieces.

The result: A monolith manhole corrosion resistant inside and outside

Benefits for the Customer:

  • long service life
  • a structure that is corrosion-resistant inside and outside
  • same depreciation period as the pipes
  • no swirls in the channel due to the jointless polymer concrete surface
  • excellent hydraulic smoothness
  • no sulphuric acid corrosion causing a need for rehabilitation
  • minimum maintenance requirement (cleaning)
  • more value added for the same price
  • cost-efficiency

 Benefits for the User:

  • quick building progress, only brief water management measures required
  • short installation times
  • extremely short time for providing the structure (few hours)
  • water-tight tubing
  • easy handling due to low weight
  • minimum soil excavation
  • instant entry into service
  • no waiting for cement to cure
  • no risky joints
  • no concrete floor slab required
