MEYER PIPES produces products made of polymer concrete, a plastic composite material made of sand, gravel, quartz powder and a UP resin matrix that is formed and cured in standing molds and post‑cured in a kiln.


Even though entire polymer concrete product range has no steel reinforcing, it is capable of withstanding very high compressive strength.   The products are also corrosion resistant and very ductile.


Our products are specialized for the subterranean infrastructure and are most frequently  used in open‑cut and trenchless installations.


Polymer Concrete characteristics:
  • highly resistant to chemical attack by aggressive media such as hydrogen sulphide (range from pH 1 up to 12)
  • capable of withstanding high mechanical compressive and bending stresses
  • free of capillaries - the material structure absorbs no water and does not allow gas diffusion
  • smooth surface without pores prevents settling of solids
  • Dimensional accuracy which means a total round pipe with not more than 6 mm
