Construction project: Tender for undersea outlet pipeline from Bens, improvement of water treatment and discharging at La Coruña, Spain
Project volume:
- 553 m jacking pipe ID 1800 mm / OD 2160 mm
- Length of pipe: 3,00 m
- Collar: V2A stainless steel
- 3 bentonite injection ports every third pipe (size: 1“)
- Incl. 7 Intermediate jacking stations (special design)
Technical details / conditions:- Pipes with strength class IV in accordance with standard ASTM
- Outer pressure of at least 3,5 bar (modification of standardised pipe connection for increased load capacity)
- Location of pipe stroke: 50% ashore, 50% under seabed (high concentration of salt)
- Very stony, though soil
